The photos shown in the picture was hyped more than it would appear. The breakfast was ok. It had a window ac installed in my room. Where every time i have to get up to switch on / off.

grand orion exceeded all my expectations. the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every part of my stay was comfortable. the ambience of the hotel was peaceful and welcoming, creating a perfect setting to relax. the real standout was the food — every meal was exceptional! each dish was crafted with great care and tasted absolutely fantastic.

I went in Sunday . I asked for something to be delivered to my room but they said they have nobody . There is a window ac in the room which takes time to cool down

Leaky washroom. The placement of AC in the room is awkward - does not cool the bedside easily . Very very oily food and very limited spread for breakfast which also felt stale - dried up bread and all. And whatever was being made fresh was again very oily. Front desk people are cooperative showed me other rooms but all had same ac placement. No step was taken for the washroom issue.

The Grand Orion hotel located near Kailash colony metro station is luxury and modern hotel in New Delhi, catering to the needs of business travellers as well as families. However, some guests have experienced certain difficulties while staying there in terms of service and facilities. This modern hotel can easily overcome such deficiencies and become one of the sought after hotels in New Delhi.
